3Forming and sizing section
3.1Feeding device
Vertical guiding roller: behind leveling roller, there is a couple of vertical guiding roller, which regulates open and closing and centering through manual operation;
Leveling roller: with 7 rollers leveling device to enter forming machine steadily; leveling rollers are powerless ones with up rollers fixed and down rollers up-down regulating through hand wheel guide screw;

3.4Forming stands structural requirements
3.4.1. Above every opening forming horizontal stand, namely the top of bearing, there is overloading protection device. While encountering overloading, a cushion protects horizontal roller and gearing device without changing new cushion;
3.4.2.Portal Horizontal roller, and:

3.4.3. Chute vertical roller, double guiding vertical rollers, manual regulates simultaneous open and closing and centering with up-down adjustable structural rollers;
3.4.4. Way of changing roller: side pull ;
3.4.5.Up roller regulation: right and left separate adjustment;
3.4.6.Stand lubrication:at the back of horizontal rollers stand, applies oil gun with lubricating nipple.
4,Welding equipment (mechanical part)
4.1. Welding seam guiding stand: (1 set) guiding roller is made up of up and down 2 rollers, in the middle of which installs blade, welding seam angel is regulated by screw;
4.2. Welding squeezing roller stand: (1 set) two rollers type, squeezing rollers squeeze melt metal and weld together;
4.3. Side squeezing roller diameter: φ30mm;
4.4 Outside burr removal device (1set) installs alterative front-back cutting tool, handwheel regulates the height and horizontal position with pneumatic fast feed device;
4.5. Down holding part: held by hard wood with adjustable height. Being able to guarantee the smooth and flat welding seam
4.6. Polishing roller stand:(1set) vertical roller with manual operating open and closing and centering;
4.7 Cooling device: combine spraying and run-off pit.

5.3 Sizing stands structural requirements:
1. Way of changing roller: side pull;
2 Up roller regulation: right and left separate adjustment ;
3. Chute vertical roller stand, manual operates simultaneous open and closing and centering. Equipped with up- down regulation device;
4. Stand lubrication: at the back of horizontal rollers stand applies oil gun with lubricating nipple.

Transmission system
20CrMnTi;
The whole system adopts combination transmitting between forming mill and sizing mill, each system drags horizontal roller through speed reducer, gear box and universal drive shaft. Vertical rollers are powerless ones. Gear box material is 20CrMnTi;
Main motor: 2 sets 22kw
Gear box lubrication: immersion lubricating: oil level appears outside the box.
Water pipe location: whole mill prepares the entrance of cooling water, in the middle of each roller installs adjustable metal cooling pipe spray head, flux of cooling water: ≥10 tons/hour
