3,Forming and sizing section
3.1Feeding device
Vertical guiding roller:behind leveling roller, there is a couple of vertical guiding roller, which regulates open and closing and centering through manual operation;
Leveling roller:with 7 rollers leveling device to enter forming machine steadily;
Leveling rollers are powerless ones with down rollers fixed and up rollers up-down regulating through first-run guide screw;

This mill adopts base line horizontal roller forming principle with double radius holes style of rollers;

3.4Forming stands structural requirements:
3.4.1Set a group (2 stands) vertical group stand before the back three-path flatten roller stand, avoid the pipe blank surface scratching;
3.4.2Above every opening forming horizontal stand, namely the top of bearing, there is an overloading protection device while encountering overloading, a cushion protects horizontal roller and gearing device without changing new cushion;

Transmission system
The whole system adopts separately transmission between forming mill and sizing mill, each system drags horizontal roller through speed reducer, gear box and universal drive shaft. Vertical rollers are powerless ones. Gear box material is 20CrMnTi;
